New Delhi, July 24 -- The Supreme Court stayed on Thursday the Bombay High Court order that was delivered on July 21 in connection with the 7/11 Mumbai train bomb blast. The court did not stay the release of all the 12 acquitted persons in the case. It, however, held that "the impugned judgment shall not be treated as a precedent."
