Samvardhana Motherson International Q1 results 2026: Net profit rises 102% to Rs.1,032 crore
New Delhi, Aug. 6 -- Auto components maker Samvardhana Motherson International on Thursday posted a 101.64% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to Rs.1,032.05 crore for the first quarter of FY27.
The company had reported a consolidated net profit of Rs.511.84 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year, according to a regulatory filing.
Revenue from operations increased 16.65% to Rs.35,243.77 crore during the June quarter, compared with Rs.30,212 crore in the same period last year.
At the operating level, EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) climbed 30.44% year-on-year to Rs.2,950 crore from Rs.2,262 crore in Q1 FY26. The company's EBITDA margin improved to 8.37% from 7....
