New Delhi, Sept. 26 -- The Delhi High Court on Friday declined to grant any relief to Sameer Wankhede in his defamation case against Aryan Khan's Netflix series, The Bads of Bollywood, Bar and Bench reported. The Delhi High Court expressed a prima facie view that the suit was not maintainable in its current form and directed Wankhede to amend the petition to address the identified deficiencies.
