New Delhi, Sept. 16 -- Salesforce is facing a service disruption on Wednesday, with users reporting delays, intermittent errors and difficulty accessing some of the company's services.

Salesforce's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform is used by several major companies around the world, including Amazon, Walmart, Coca-Cola, Toyota and IBM.

According to Salesforce, the outage started at 3:50 am Eastern Daylight Time. The company said customers were experiencing severe delays and were unable to access certain services.

The disruption has been reported across several countries, including India, the US, Japan, the UK, France and Germany.
