New Delhi, Feb. 1 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that the Union Budget reflects the aspirations of 140 crore Indians and it strengthens the reform journey and charts a clear roadmap for Viksit Bharat.

PM Modi further added that the budget is historic and it reflects the empowered presence of the nation's feminine strength, PTI reported.

The Finance Ministry said in a statement that it is the first Budget prepared in Kartavya Bhawan and is inspired by three 'Kartavyas' (duties).
