New Delhi, Sept. 29 -- A penny stock below Rs.10 saw decent gains of over 2 per cent in intraday trade on Monday, September 29, after the company said its board had considered a letter of intent (LOI) from a Singaporean firm expressing interest in acquiring up to 25 per cent equity in the company.

Welcure Drugs and Pharmaceuticals' share price rose over 2 per cent to an intraday high of Rs.6.19 in Monday's session, against its previous close of Rs.6.06, following the company's announcement that a Singapore-based firm expressed interest in buying some of its stake.
