New Delhi, Oct. 3 -- As Paramount Skydance prepares to complete its $110 billion-plus acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, the leadership structure of the combined entertainment company is becoming clearer. The new parent company will be called Skydance, with the transaction expected to close on October 6. David Ellison will remain chairman and CEO, while former Mattel chief Ynon Kreiz will join as co-CEO.
