New Delhi, March 30 -- Delhi and surrounding regions on Monday witnessed rain and winds hours after the India Meteorological Department had warned of a light shower. The weather agency has also upgraded its alert from yellow to orange, indicating moderate rain, lightning, and gusty winds. The weatherman, in its forecast, stated that the orange alert will remain in place till 6 pm. Further, there are chances of scattered light rain on Tuesday as well.
