New Delhi, July 30 -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he has no intention of cancelling his planned visit to New York for the United Nations General Assembly in September despite repeated calls from New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani for his arrest.

Speaking to Fox News following his White House meeting with US President Donald Trump on Tuesday (July 29), Netanyahu said he would go ahead with the trip.

"I'm going to New York," Netanyahu said.

Netanyahu said he intends to use his visit to challenge Mamdani's criticism of Israel and what he described as divisive rhetoric.
