New Delhi, Feb. 26 -- The Supreme Court on Thursday asked the Union government to issue orders to take down the PDF copies of the Class VIII NCERT book on 'corruption in judiciary' available online.

Chief Justice of India Surya Kant said he wants to find out who is behind the publication of the chapter that mentions "corruption in judiciary". Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said the Government of India stands with the judiciary and will take whatever action is desired by the apex court
