Karachi news, March 1 -- At least nine people were killed, and 32 injured after hundreds of protesters attacked the United States Consulate in Karachi on Sunday, smashing windows and clashing with security forces amid widespread anger over the killing of Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in joint United States-Israeli strikes, according to rescue officials and police.
