New Delhi, Oct. 2 -- India has risen to the fifth position in the latest Asian Games 2026 medal tally after three boxing gold medals in Aichi-Nagoya on Friday. With 15 gold, 25 silver and 35 bronze medals, India currently have a total of 75 medals at the time of writing. While Lovlina Borgohain bagged a historic gold medal in the women's 75kg final bout, Parveen Hooda and Ankush Panghal followed it up with another two to lift India up in the standings.
