New Delhi, Feb. 16 -- Last Thursday, when Rahul Gandhi was railing against the government, I was reminded of Manmohan Singh. Though the Lok Sabha chair scuttled Rahul's allegations, let me elaborate on this scenario by illustrating incidents related to Singh.
