New Delhi, Oct. 11 -- Mahindra Lifespace Developers has announced the acquisition of 13.46 acres of land in the Nande-Mahalunge area of Pune, with an estimated development potential of approximately Rs.3500 crore, it said in a stock exchange filing on Friday.

The Nande-Mahalunge area is one of Pune's most promising micro-markets, with a growing demand for high-quality, future-ready homes with modern amenities, said Vimalendra Singh, Chief Business Officer - Residential, Mahindra Lifespace Developers.
