New Delhi, July 28 -- Maharatna PSU Oil India announced that the company's board of directors will hold its scheduled quarterly meeting on Tuesday, 12 August 2025, according to an exchange filing on Monday, 28 July 2025. The State-owned company will also announce its April-June quarter results for the 2025-26 fiscal year on the same day.

"It is hereby informed that the board meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 12 August 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 on a Standalone and Consolidated basis," the company informed the BSE through an official filing.
