New Delhi, Aug. 12 -- The Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has suspended the licenses of four Domino's Pizza outlets after identifying multiple violations of food safety and hygiene standards. Three of these sealed outlets are in maximum city Mumbai, while the fourth is situated in Malkapur, in Karad taluka of Satara district.

The inspections by Maharashtra FDA were conducted on 11 August as part of a statewide enforcement drive targeting establishments operated by major restaurant chains.

The FDA inspected a total of 104 establishments belonging to brands including Domino's Pizza, KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Subway, Burger King, Starbucks and Monginis.
