New Delhi, Oct. 28 -- Larsen & Toubro (L&T) share price jumped over 6% in Wednesday's trading session after the company reported strong set of numbers during the September quarter FY27.

L&T shares opened at Rs.3,820 per share on NSE today, as compared to previous close of Rs.3,665.10 on Tuesday and touched an intraday low of Rs.3,770 on 28 October. The stock emerged as one of the top gainers in Sensex and Nifty 50 today.

Engineering conglomerate Larsen & Toubro (L&T) on October 27 reported a 33% year-on-year (YoY) rise in net profit to Rs.5,202 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
