Jio Platforms IPO, Aug. 31 -- Jio Platforms has received the nod from the markets regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), for its mega Rs.37,700 crore initial public offering (IPO), which is likely to hit the primary market by the end of 2026.
At the 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 19 June this year, Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani announced that the board of Jio Platforms had approved its DRHP, which will be filed with SEBI on 19 June only.
On Friday, 28 August, SEBI issued its observation letter on the company's draft prospectus.
