This figure represents the overall value of shares that will become available, though it is crucial to understand that not all of these shares will be put up for sale, as a significant number are also owned by Promoter & Group, according to a report by Nuvama Institutional Equities.

The brokerage noted in its report that it has performed a thorough examination of all shareholders, both promoters and non-promoters, of these companies.
