New Delhi, July 28 -- The BCCI on Tuesday announced India's 15-member squad for the upcoming two-match Test series against Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka in August. Ravindra Jadeja has returned to the side following an injury layoff.

Shubman Gill will continue to lead the Indian side, with KL Rahul serving as vice-captain. The squad also features Yashasvi Jaiswal, Rishabh Pant, Dhruv Jurel, Kuldeep Yadav, Manav Suthar, Mohammed Siraj, Prasidh Krishna, Gurnoor Brar and Devdutt Padikkal.

Ravindra Jadeja has not played competitive cricket since May, when the Rajasthan Royals (RR) all-rounder sustained a tennis elbow injury during IPL 2026.
