New Delhi, Sept. 25 -- Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman hailed India's economic resilience amid global turbulence, emphasizing that proactive fiscal and monetary policies, structural reforms, and extensive infrastructure development have helped the country withstand uncertainties.
