New Delhi, March 8 -- India asserted their dominance once again in the T20 World Cup 2026 final as the Men in Blue scored 255/5 in 20 overs after being put into bat first by New Zealand at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday. Out- of-form for the whole tournament, Abhishek Sharma (52) peaked as the right time with a 18-ball fifty before Sanju Samson's 89 and Ishan Kishan's 54 helped India reach 250-plus for the third time in this tournament.
