New Delhi, Oct. 29 -- Delhi Police has granted a no-objection certificate (NOC) for the INDIA bloc's rally at Ramlila Maidan on November 1, 2026, subject to strict conditions governing security, crowd management and public order. The Congress rally at Ramlila Maidan, scheduled from 10 am to 5 pm, is part of the Opposition's campaign against alleged irregularities in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls and its demand for accountability from Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
