New Delhi, Aug. 13 -- As India gears up to celebrate its 79th Independence Day this year, preparations are in full swing at the Red Fort, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hoist the national flag and deliver his 12th consecutive speech. Several videos have surfaced showing heightened security near Ramlila Maidan.
