New Delhi, April 3 -- FMCG major Hindustan Unilever (HUL) had informed exchanges that its Board of Directors would meet on Thursday, April 30, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The company also indicated that the board would evaluate and potentially recommend a final dividend for the financial year on the same day.
