HDFC Life Q4 results, April 16 -- HDFC Life Insurance Company on Thursday, 16 April, reported a 4% year-on-year (YoY) rise in its standalone net profit after tax to Rs.495.65 crore for the March quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (Q4FY26). In the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year, the company's profit was Rs.476.54 crore.

Meanwhile, the company recommended a final dividend of Rs.2.10 per equity share of a face value of Rs.10 each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholders' approval at its annual general meeting (AGM).

The company's 26th AGM will be held on Thursday, 16 July 2026, via video conferencing.
