New Delhi, Aug. 16 -- Actor Antarra Banerjee's team on Sunday clarified that she has no involvement in the Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel "attack" case aboard the Aravali Express on August 12 and is not the individual named in the FIR. The statement stated that the verification of the original FIR established that the accused is Antara Soham Banerjee, a model from Thane, and not the actor.

The team stressed that the two are separate individuals and said checking the FIR would have made the distinction clear. It also categorically denied any connection between Antarra Banerjee and the matter being reported.

"Antarra Banerjee has no involvement or connection with the FIR or the incident being reported," the statement read.
