New Delhi, Aug. 12 -- Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) reported a profit during the April-June quarter of Rs.1377.15 crore on Tuesday, August 12. The figure was 4.4% lowwe as against Rs.1435.59 crore posted in the year-ago quarter.
The revenues from operations stood at Rs.4,819.14 crore in Q1 FY26, up 11% year-on-year (YoY). The revenue stood at Rs.4,347.57 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Higher tax expenses led to a decline in net profit despite improving revenues and operating performance.
The profit before tax for HAL at Rs.1847.69 crore during Q1, and was 16.8% higher compared to Rs.1582.17 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Following the Q1 results announcement, the HAL share price rebounded from the day's low.
