New Delhi, April 3 -- Gold and silver prices in your city on 3 April: Gold rates in India ended flat but in the red in the domestic futures market on Thursday, April 2, following U.S. President Donald Trump's first national address since the Iran war began on Wednesday. Re-escalating the war, Trump said the United States would continue to strike Iran "very hard" over the coming weeks.

On Thursday, 2 April, MCX Gold 2 April contracts ended at Rs.1,49,650 per 10 grams, while MCX Silver 5 May contracts lost 4.5% to settle at Rs.2,32,600 per kg. The commodities market was closed today, April 3, on account of Good Friday.
