New Delhi, Aug. 15 -- Mutual funds have become a preferred investment choice for Indian retail investors in recent years, as they have increasingly shifted their savings from traditional bank deposits towards equities, seeking to participate in India's growth story. A majority of investors are opting for the mutual fund route to gain exposure to listed companies.
