New Delhi, March 18 -- X has restored services in India following a widespread outage that left thousands of users unable to access feeds and shared links.

According to the outage tracking website Downdetector, more than 2,533 users in India reported problems around 8.19 pm IST.

Users reported that while notifications from the platform continued to arrive, feeds failed to refresh, blocking access to new posts and interactions. Many encountered error messages such as "something went wrong, try again."

Affected users turned to alternative platforms to highlight the outage, noting that timelines were not loading despite ongoing alerts.

The cause of the disruption has not been confirmed by the platform. The outage was not limited to India...
