New Delhi, Oct. 31 -- After opening strong during its festive Diwali release, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat has seen a significant slowdown in its box office performance as it enters its second week.

The Milap Zaveri-directed romantic drama collected Rs.3.5 crore on its first Monday (Day 7), Rs.4.5 crore on Tuesday (Day 8), Rs.3 crore on Wednesday (Day 9), and Rs.2.65 crore on Thursday (Day 10). This brought its first-week total to Rs.55.15 crore. On Day 11 (second Friday), the film is estimated to have earned Rs.1.16 crore, taking its cumulative collection to Rs.56.31 crore.
