New Delhi, May 23 -- After days of scorching heat, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast a duststorm, followed by light rain, over Delhi-NCR in the next few hours, bringing relief from the heatwaves that have continued for the past 5 days.

The Regional Met Dept said, "Dust storm/followed by Thunderstorm with light rainfall and lightning (40-70 Km/h gusty winds) is very likely to occur at many places of Delhi & NCR, Farukhnagar, Kosali, Sohana, Nuh (Haryana), Bhiwari (Rajasthan) during next 2 hours."

Several areas in Delhi experienced a sudden change in weather on Saturday morning as grey clouds covered the sky, and a soft breeze brought some relief from the heatwave.
