New Delhi, Aug. 25 -- The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has announced a revision of Delhi Metro fares today, coming into effect from Monday, August 25 onwards. The Metro ticket prices have hiked in the range from Rs. 1 to Rs. 4, only depending on the distance of travel and up to Rs.5 for the Airport Express Line.

After the recent revision, the minimum Delhi Metro fare is now Rs.11, and the maximum is Rs.64.

The prices for 0-2 kms and 2-5 kms rise by Rs.1. From previous fares of Rs.10 and Rs.20, they are now updated to Rs.11 and Rs.21.
