New Delhi, Sept. 25 -- Dabur India is set to expand its presence in the premium Ayurvedic hair-care segment after the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench, approved the merger of Sesa Care Private Limited with the consumer goods company on Friday.

The merger will bring Sesa, the Ayurvedic hair-care brand, into Dabur's portfolio.

The merger will become effective after completion of the required statutory filings and other formalities under the scheme.
