New Delhi, Oct. 23 -- US President Donald Trump has issued a pardon to Changpeng Zhao, the founder and former CEO of Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange. Zhao had pleaded guilty to felony charges related to failing to prevent money laundering activities on the platform.
Zhao's legal troubles began when Binance was accused of violating US anti-money laundering laws and sanctions programs.
