New Delhi, Oct. 11 -- Delhi turned into a heavy security zone on Saturday as police detained protestors who were heading towards Jantar Mantar after the Cockroach Janta Party called for a protest against the alleged malpractices by Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.
Police detained top CJP leaders Abhijeet Dipke, Sourav Das, Ashutosh Ranka from inside an aircraft when they landed in the national capital.
