New Delhi, July 10 -- The Election Commission told the Supreme Cpurt on Thursday that "Aadhaar card not a proof of citizenship". The ECI made the comments while responding to the court's question why Aadhaar was excluded from the Bihar Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls.
