New Delhi, Sept. 8 -- France Football has named the five men's and five women's coaches in the running for the 2026 Coach of the Year awards, the prize formally known as the Johan Cruyff Trophy.

The award, first handed out in 2024, honours the tacticians whose work delivered the strongest results across the previous season. Carlo Ancelotti won the inaugural men's prize. Luis Enrique of Paris Saint-Germain collected it in 2025. Emma Hayes and then Sarina Wiegman took the women's honour in those first two years. The 2026 winners will be revealed at the 70th Ballon d'Or ceremony in London on October 26.
