New Delhi, March 3 -- The Congress party has released the first list of candidates for the Assam Assembly Elections, scheduled for later this year. Gaurav Gogoi, who is the Deputy Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and a Member of Parliament for Jorhat Lok Sabha Constituency, will contest the assembly polls from Jorhat.
