New Delhi, Dec. 7 -- Is there an ideal time for workouts? Many fitness enthusiasts believe that morning workouts are more effective than evening workouts. Fitness coach Siddhartha Singh, who trained actor Tamannaah Bhatia, recently opened up about the best time for workouts on his Instagram handle.

In a video on November 20, Tamannaah Bhatia's personal trainer, Siddhartha Singh, said there is no ideal time for workouts. He explained that the most important thing is to follow a routine and do your exercises.
