New Delhi, Jan. 8 -- Cloud-based broadcast and streaming technology firm Amagi has downsized its initial public offering, trimming the fresh equity raise to Rs.816 crore from Rs.1,020 crore as it sharpens its focus on attracting a broader and more stable institutional investor base amid improving profitability.
The downsized offer values Amagi at $869 million at the top of the price band versus its $1.4 billion valuation back in 2022, after it secured a $100 million investment from General Atlantic.
The company has fixed a price band of Rs.343 to Rs.361 per share for its Rs.1,788.6 crore IPO, which also includes an offer-for-sale (OFS) component.
