New Delhi, April 2 -- Adani Energy Solutions (AESL) has informed investors that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Thursday, April 23, 2026, to review and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The company further stated that the trading window for designated persons will remain closed from April 1, 2026, and will reopen on April 27, 2026, as per Thursday's regulatory filing.
