New Delhi, Sept. 21 -- After multiple FIRs were lodged against Zubeen Garg's manager, Siddharth Sarma, 'Ya Ali' singer's wife came to his defence saying that he was always a "brother to Zubeen".

Zubeen Garg passed away in a tragic scuba diving accident in Singapore on September 19. He was 52.

In a video message shared on Zubeen's official Instagram, his wife, Garima Saikia Garg, requested fans to "put aside negative feelings" for Siddharth during the singer's last rites and allow him to be a part of it.

She also appealed to the fans to withdraw all FIRs while sharing with them the many times Siddharth stood by Zubeen Garg's family side like a rock.
