
Kolkata, Sept. 4 -- The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has revised the schedule for decentralised e-counselling for admission to vacant seats in undergraduate engineering, technology, architecture and pharmacy courses. The two-phase process will be held from September 6 to 25.
The vacant-seat matrix for the first phase will be published at 7 pm on September 6. Registration, fee payment, profile creation and choice selection will be open from 10 am on September 7 to 11.59 pm on September 8.
The Round 1 merit and allocation list will be published at 10 am on September 10. Candidates allotted seats will have to pay the seat-acceptance fee and obtain a provisional admission receipt by September 11. Physical document verification and admission or withdrawal confirmation will be conducted at the respective institutions from September 10 to 12.
The Round 2 new allocation list will be published on September 13. Candidates will have to complete fee payment and physical verification within the stipulated deadlines. Those withdrawing a seat will also have to confirm the cancellation on the portal.
The second phase will begin with publication of the vacant-seat matrix at 5 pm on September 16. Registration and choice selection will continue till September 18. The Round 1 allocation list will be published on September 20, followed by the Round 2 new allocation list on September 23.
