New Delhi, Nov. 7 -- The Uttar Pradesh govt has announced a 3 per cent hike in dearness allowance (DA) for state government employees ahead of Diwali, raising the rate from 60 per cent to 63 per cent.
The revised DA will be effective from July 1, 2026, and employees will receive the enhanced allowance along with their November salary. UP government issued a formal order in this regard on Saturday.
