Patiala, Aug. 4 -- Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd (PSPCL) will hold stakeholder consultation-cum-grievance redressal meetings in five districts on August 7 to address consumer issues & improve power services.
The meetings will be led by PSPCL Chairman-cum-Managing Director Dr. Basant Garg, along with all four directors. Garg has directed the directors to visit their assigned districts, interact with consumers, hear grievances on priority and resolve issues wherever possible.
The initiative will provide a common platform for the public, industrial and commercial consumers, and industry associations to raise complaints and suggestions.
Directors will also review pending cases, issue directions to field officers for timely resolution, and submit detailed reports to the CMD on issues discussed, action taken and matters requiring further intervention. Garg urged consumers to actively participate in the meetings.
