New Delhi, Oct. 31 -- Kolkata Police have summoned Madhuchhanda Sen, wife of arrested former minister Indranil Sen, to Lalbazar for questioning in connection with an alleged multi-crore Durga Puja entry pass and ticket forgery scam.
The probe centres on massArt, a corporate body linked to the couple, which allegedly sold high-priced VIP entry tickets for Puja preview shows between 2022 and 2025.
The organisation is accused of falsely claiming an association with UNESCO and using its intangible cultural heritage tag and logo without authorisation. Police are examining the Sen family's bank accounts and possible shell companies to trace the alleged proceeds.
