New Delhi, July 30 -- NHPC Ltd on Thursday announced that Paresh Ranpara has assumed charge as Director (Personnel). Ranpara joins NHPC from Grid-India, where he served as Director (Human Resources), leading human resource management, talent development, organisational capability building and workforce planning. A human resources professional with over 31 years of experience in the power sector across public and private organisations, Ranpara holds a Master of Social Work from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sardar Patel University. He is also a Certified Assessor from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
