Maligaon, Oct. 9 -- Chetan Kumar Shrivastava, General Manager, Northeast Frontier Railway, conducted a safety inspection of Alipurduar Division on October 7.
Devendra Singh, Divisional Railway Manager, Alipurduar and senior officials of NFR accompanied him.
The visit focused on reviewing operational safety, upgrading maintenance infrastructure and strengthening staff training facilities.
As part of the visit, the General Manager conducted a window trailing inspection from New Bongaigaon to Alipurduar Junction.
